Note 1: All Indian companies that register under option NA or NB (as described below) will have
unrestricted access to all details pertaining to foreign companies from all countries,
in all industry sectors, in the Domain in which they register. They will
receive a Unique Comprehensive Access (UCA) code.
Note 2: All listings of Foreign Companies on the Platform, but without company contact details,
will be accessible to relevant Indian Companies,without
any cost, for a limited period of one week. Each Indian visitor to the Platform will need
to pre-register, whereupon they will be given a Limited Access Code (LAC),
relevant for the specific Domain. We reserve the right to grant access only
to those companies that are considered relevant by us.

are required to inform us, as soon as they initiate
contact with each other, and also when they
conclude transaction with each other.

details, the Indian company’s request shall be
forwarded by us to the Foreign company.
For all Domains except Domain One, it would
be our endeavour to provide at least one
relevant contact within 6 months.
